How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for all of our listings. Custom Order Deposits will have shipping quoted as part of the process.

How long will it take to get my order after shipping?

All orders are made at our home in Florida. We ship from the Greater Tampa, Florida area. Average transit time is 3-5 days, but may take longer during peak periods.

how do i check the status of my order?

Orders are processed 24 hours after being placed. After order confirmation, the next update you will receive is when your order ships. You will be provided with tracking information at that time so you can stay up to date on your order.

How do i track my order?

Tracking information will be provided by email once the label has been printed for your order. Should you not receive your tracking information, please reach out to info@madylziedesigns.com for assistance.

What if my items are missing?

If your item is still missing 7 business days after the scheduled delivery date, please reach out to us and let us know. If the tracking still does not show delivered, we will work with you to quickly rectify the missing item/s. We will only issue a refund, a remake, or offer a store credit if the tracking number does not show delivered to the address provided at checkout.

what shipping carriers are used?

Since we ship a wide variety of sizes and weights, we utilize a range of carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Tracking information will be provided once the item ships.

can i change the shipping address after an order is placed?

Due to insurance purposes, we are only able to ship to the address that was used when placing an order.

When can i expect my item/s to ship after placing my order?

Due to the nature of the items we make, processing time will fluctuate during holiday/peak seasons.

For ready to ship items, you can expect processing times within 3-5 business days after placing your order.
